Picked only on the best vintages, these varietals are chosen from the best balanced and mature vines with low cropping and extensive canopy management methods. These grapes need to achieve perfect phenolic ripeness in order to be harvested. Fermented for 10 weeks on the skins and aged 36 months in 100% new French oak barrels. This resulted in a robust yet elegant style of wine.
